During a short break in Malta in March 2010 Kris and Anja not only fell in love with the island.....but also with the local Maltese & Gozitan quality wines produced by the islands leading winemaker, Emmanuel Delicata.
 
A few months on and we are proud to announce that  Wintralog is now Delicata’s agent in Belgium and imports the following wine brands - The Maltese Falcon, Medina, Gran Cavalier and the company’s medal winning Grand Vin de Hauteville.
 
Kris, together with his wife Anja run a wine import agency called Wine Trading & Logistics (WinTraLog) in Ramsel (a
small village near Aarschot). The company started out by importing German wines in 2003, this was followed by Italy, Chile, Argentina and Spain. Now they have proudly added Malta to their portfolio of quality wines.
 
In 2006 Karl & Anja also bought an old farm house and started renovating it with earnest. Two years later the project was completed and they opened up their very own wine bar "DE WIJNHOEVE".
 
To introduce the Delicata D.O.K. Malta wines to their customers a wine tasting / hot air ballooning event was organised for wine enthusiasts from the region at their wine bar in Ramsel.
