An elegant, robust medium bodied red wine made entirely from the noble grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. This firm, fruity red can either be drunk on its own or as accompaniment to red meats, game, poultry, pasta dishes and mild cheeses. Ideally allow to breathe before drinking.
