With the use of modern winemakeing equipment and technology Delicata's winemakers have produced an unoaked Merlot that is full flavoured, fruity, soft and appealing. Serve at room temperature and ideally allow to breathe before drinking. Ideal with red meats, pasta, rabbit dishes, poultry, pizza and strong cheeses.
