The Classic Collection is a range of single varietal wines produced at the Delicata winery from grapes harvested in various I.G.T. regions of Italy. The brand names derive their names from Classic Italian composers such as Donato, Gabrieli, Landini, Cavalli, Casella, Carissimi and Marenzio. They are an easy drinking range of unoaked wines with good varietal characteristics, the range includes four dry whites, two medium bodied reds and one sweet dessert wine.
