GRAN CAVALIER is Malta’s flagship range of premium wines made from hand picked selected grapes. The range consists of a Syrah and a Merlot, a barrel fermented Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc maceration pelliculare. The two red wines from this range of single varietal wines are matured for 12 months in 225 litre French oak barrique’s and have good aging potential.
