A full flavoured, robust fruity red wine produced entirely from Merlot grapes grown in the valley vineyards of Gozo. These selected pocket sized family run vineyards growing these hand picked Merlot grapes are carefully tended throughout the year. The result is an elegant, austere wine full of character and flavour. Serve at room temperature and ideally allow one hour to breathe. The wine may contain a natural sediment deposit as a result of its ageing process.
