DELICATA EXHIBIT AT VINISUD 2010

Next week Delicata will be exhibiting its I.G.T and D.O.K. quality Maltese and Gozitan wines at VINISUD, a trade fair in Montpellier France, exclusively dedicated to showcasing Mediterranean wines. The event takes place over three days, from 22nd to 24th February where visitors can discover a whole range of quality wines and do business with Mediterranean winemakers in a professional and convivial atmosphere.??With more than 1650 exhibitors, Vinisud will present a diversity of existing and new Mediterranean wines together with marketing initiatives launched solely for this occasion.

The Delicata stand (no.17) which is situated in alley A in hall 12, will be exhibiting selected  Q.W.P.S.R. award winning wines from its Medina, Victoria Heights, Pjazza Regina, Maltese Falcon, Grand Vin de Hauteville and Gran Cavalier wine ranges.

Vinisud has gained a reputation over the years as an exemplary showcase for Mediterranean wines; it gives visitors the opportunity to appreciate the variety and quality of Mediterranean wines in a single place. It gives direct access to an unparalleled selection of Mediterranean wines and is organised by country, region and appellation, making it the number one trading place for Mediterranean wines. With more than 1,650 exhibitors and 33,000 professionals visitors expected (including 27% international) – and 66 nationalities represented – Vinisud has become one of the top international wine exhibitions. The countries participating include; France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Greece,  Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, Turkey, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Macedonia and Malta, represented by Emmanuel Delicata.

Vinisud also offers a wide range of live shows, a large and permanent tasting in the Mediterranean Palace, conferences and thematic tastings, books, photo and picture expositions.

Figures from the 2008 fair (the exhibition is biannual) totaled  1,633 exhibitors, 32,660 recorded visitors over the 3 days, 9245 international visitors including representatives from Asia, America, Mexico, Brazil as well as all European countries.
