Delicata's 'Malta Grown' range of premium wines consists of their flagship wine brand Gran Cavalier made from barrel matured Syrah; Cabernet/Merlot; Chardonnay; and Sauvignon Blanc. The Grand Vin de Hauteville range includes an oak aged Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from Malta and a Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon blend made entirely from grapes grown on Malta's sister island, Gozo. Also from Gozo is the wine brand Victoria Heights Chardonnay and Merlot. Another popular wine brand is the Medina Vineyards range consisting of; a Syrah, Grenache, Carignan; a Cabernet Sauvignon; a Rosé Grenache; and a blend of Chardonnay and Malta's indigenous white grape Girgentina. Three other wines made entirely from the unique indigenous Maltese grapes are the Fior Del Mondo white Girgentina and the red Gellewza and a sparkling demi-sec Rosé Zarina Gellewza Frizzante.
