The Way It Works

* Order a bottle of Falcon with your meal.

*  You will be given a token before leaving the restaurant.

*  You can exchange it for a free bottle of  Falcon next time you dine here again.

*  You can only redeem the token at the same restaurant.

* You must redeem it together with the VAT receipt of your first meal before 31 December 2024.

* The offer is valid until stocks last and the tokens are invalid (null and void)  as of 1 January 2025.

* No free bottles will be given unless the VAT receipt is presented at the restaurant; and participants must be 17 years of age or over.

Disclaimer / Liability

Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt tokens will not be accepted. Delicata together reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant, participating sole trader or company that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.

Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of the freebee prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Delicata and accordingly Delicata may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Promotion, and the Entrant and/or participating establishments agree that no liability shall attach to Delicata as a result thereof.

Delicata cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Entrant and/or participating sole trader or company as a result of entering or partaking in the promotion or as a result of accepting, not claiming or refusing any freebee prize.

Any personal data relating to Entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Maltese data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

Data relating to entrants will be retained by Delicata for a reasonable period after the promotion closes to assist Delicata to operate this promotion and marketing activities in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries.

Delicata cannot accept responsibility, and participating outlets and/or Entrants agree not to hold Delicata responsible for any of the following: a) Fraudulent or lost tokens and/or missing or lost VAT receipts, late or delayed exchange of tokens; b) Any event outside Delicata’s reasonable control which may disrupt the promotion; c) Any loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly from this promotion.

Delicata’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
