The Delicata 10-Mile Dinner and Wine Experience at Gazebo, Hilton Malta

Gourmands may want to pen the evening of 21 June in their diaries. Delicata is bringing back its 10-Mile Dinner and Wine Experience, showcasing their award-winning wines. The next event is at The Gazebo Restaurant at Hilton Malta. This is one in a series of themed dinners prepared by some of the finest chefs on the Maltese Islands with an all ultra local wine list.

This menu is prepared by head chef Andre Spiteri, complemented by a wine list of premium Maltese ‘new heritage’ wines curated by wine pro Georges Meekers of Malta’s foremost Delicata Winery. This sumptuous 4 course dinner is prepared using Maltese quality ingredients farmed or caught within about a 10-mile radius encircling the hotel.

This experience begins at 7:30pm with a 30-minute meet-and-greet the winemaker reception prior to the start of table service.

Guests will get the unique chance to share a refreshing glass of Girgentina or Ġellewża Frizzante semi-sparkling wine with representatives of Malta’s foremost winery, Emmanuel Delicata, before being escorted to their dinner table by the restaurant team. Dinner will be served at 8:00pm when the kitchen brigade takes over and awakens your palate to a truly authentic dining experience, using their creative culinary talents and an assortment of nature’s gifts that are predominantly locally sourced.

The culinary menu is paired with quality home-grown and hand-crafted Maltese wines from the Frizzante, Medina, Grand Vin de Hauteville and Gran Cavalier ranges produced by Malta’s most internationally awarded winemaker Emmanuel Delicata.
